Saturday Morning Drills: Jump Rope It

Tone your core with full sit-ups while holding your jump rope overhead.

Hold your jump rope tight between your hands and, with knees bent and eyes toward the ceiling, raise up into a full sit-up position while engaging your abs.

Reach your jump rope toward the sky and exhale as you crunch up to the top of your sit-up. Hold for one count and return to starting position. Complete a total of 20 sit-ups.
