Saturday Morning Drills: Kettlebell Strength Training

It's time to work that core! Begin with a very wide stance and get down into a squatting position. Bend over by pushing your butt out and keeping your back flat/perpendicular to the ground.

Place one kettlebell between your legs and then pick it up to pass it to your other hand between your legs. The receiving hand should reach from behind the legs. Go back and forth for several repetitions. For the ultimate workout; flex your core during the entire set.
