Saturday Morning Drills: Seven Squats to Sexy Sculpted Legs

Start by squatting down in regular squat form but then explosively jump up off the ground while twisting from your core in the air so that you’ll land facing the opposite direction from where you started. Repeat this 20 times for one set. Perform at least 2-3 sets.
