Saturday Morning Drills: Stretches for Runners

This dynamic stretch hits the inner thigh while warming up your glutes. Stand with feet wider than hip width apart and move from side-to-side sinking into a deep lunge, as far as is comfortable. You don't want to strain or feel pain - remember, this is still a warm up. Complete a total of 15 lunges on each side.
