Saturday Morning Drills: Ultimate Summer Body Tone Up

Begin by balancing all of your body weight on your right foot and bring your left leg up to your chest. Lean your body to the right side. For this move, imagine that you are hopping over something that has been placed on the ground below you. Begin to shift your weight towards the left side and hop on to your left leg and bring your right leg up to your chest. Focus on the distance traveled from side to side. This move will work on your balance and get your heart rate elevated.
