Saturday Morning Drills: Ultimate Summer Body Tone Up

Begin by laying down on your right side. Bend your right arm and place it underneath your side. Stack your feet on top of one another and push your left hip up. Once you gain balance, bring your left arm and leg up. Hold this position as long as possible. To make the move easier, drop your arm and leg down while holding your hip up. Hold for 1 minute and then switch to your left side.
