Saturday Morning Drills: Weightless Arm Workout

This move looks simple but 30 seconds in and it becomes quite difficult. Push through to 1-2 minutes to achieve even greater tone.

Simply hold your arms out beside you and rotate forward in small circles for 1 minute. Then, reverse and complete for 1 more minute. Keep your arms as straight out as possible even when you start to feel gravity pushing down. This is when you're working the hardest. Remember to breathe throughout.
