Saturday Morning Drills: Body Weight Workout

Start the workout with some bear crawls. This exercise will help warm up your upper body. To start, drop to all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders. Rise up onto your toes so that nothing is touching the ground except for your hands and toes (legs should be either at or slightly more than shoulder-width apart).

Next walk forward just like a bear would on all fours. When you reach the end, walk forward with only our hands so you are now in a push-up position.

Perform one push-up before turning yourself around and bear crawling back the way you came. When you're back to your starting point, perform another push up and take a 15 second break. Do this a total of three times.
