Sexy Summer Abs Circuit Workout

Stand with your feet hip width apart, hands clasped behind your head. Do a squat by bending both knees and push your hips behind you (as if sitting back into a chair), keeping your back straight and chest lifted as you lower. As you stand up, turn your upper body to the right, lifting your left heel off the floor as your twist. Return to your start position and repeat to the left. Do 20 reps in total, alternating sides each time.
