The Ultimate Push Up Guide

The spiderman is a variation of the regular push up and is considered more advanced. It not only works the upper body but also the lower body simultaneously. To do this pushup, start in plank position. As you lower your upper body, lift your right leg and bring your knee as close to your elbow as possible. Once your elbow has reached a 90 degree angle, hold for a second and return back to plank position.
