John Thompson started his weight loss journey by making small changes, but sure enough, they added up to a big difference. He began by improving his diet, like eating more whole grains. Then he cut out soda, and next alcohol. After dropping 100 pounds, he began using The Biggest Loser workout for Wii Fit. As his fitness level increased, he mixed things up with kettle bell workouts, running and weight lifting. Although he's lost over 150 pounds, he's continuing to lose weight and gain muscle.
