Matt's weight loss journey began by eating breakfast. He had long been someone who skipped a morning meal, but when he decided to lose weight knew this habit had to change. So, he went out and bought a collection of different protein bars, and tried a new one every morning until he found one he liked. He also began cutting out junk food and doing the Insanity Workout. Matt has lost a total of 65 pounds.
