+Judy: With being on cycle 1 of the diet they don't recommend that you exercise more than 17 minutes a day. It's hard to stabilize your blood sugar without some type of carbs. Maybe, if you did decided to workout you could do it in the morning? That way you could wake up and have breakfast, workout and then have a fruit. Possibly one with the highest carb amount. I would say an orange or some red grapes :) Maybe that would help to stabilize your sugar.

?what to eat for a low sugar after walking for 1 hour or so I am diabetic and am on cycle 1. When I walk in the evening, my sugar goes low and I have to eat. What would be the best thing. Right now I have a spoonful of low fat cottage cheese, about 1/4 cup greek yogurt and some blueberrries. How does this sound to you. If you have any suggestions at what I could eat in the evening would be good. I have been on program for 6 days and have lost 4.5 lbs. YEAH!!!!!
