I strongly encourage you to buy the book or borrow it. It is important to read the book to understand that plan. It is a very easy read. The book costs less than $20.

?I am a vegeterian. milk and cheese but no eggs so can this diet be adjusted?

I would like to tone up my muscles, more than lose wieght. How nuch exercise do I need to do, a day around the house I have a litte one i can't leave for long.
