About Me:

I am 43 years old, married and mom of three teenage girls.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 10 pounds

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Since I gained some weight after a health issue, I am a complete stress eater!

My favorite healthy food:

Salad with chicken, egg white, spinach and mushrooms

My guiltiest pleasure:

Potato chips, yes I know!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want my daughters to see that health is everything. There pedi is amazed at how healthy and active they are, I want to keep that up.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eating low carb, not eating after dinner and at least getting a walk in daily.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio, work out at home, have a total gym and a punching bag, could not live without the total gym.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My husband and children, but most of all showing the girls that you can be healthy and thin after having children.
