About Me:

I am a stay at home mom of 2 girls. I have been eating much better. I gave up Soda on March 3rd and plan to keep it that way.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 53 pounds
  • getting to a healthy weight
  • be a good example for my kids to want to be healthy
  • stay at a healthy weight once I get there

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since I was in school and after having my kids.

My favorite healthy food:

fruits and vegetables

My guiltiest pleasure:

junk food

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be a good example for my kids so they don't have to go through what I have been through weight wise. I also want to look good for my husband.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drinking more water
  • stopped drinking soda
  • cut out most junk food

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Jillian Michael's work outs. i have done teh 30 day shred and I am currently doing Banish fat boost metabolism and no more trouble zone which I will be starting probably next week and alternate banish fat boost metabolism and no more trouble zones.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • sticking to losing weight this time.
  • Knowing my kids see how happy I am by giving me a high five when I lose a pound

  • My husband and all he has accomplished
