About Me:

I'm Coleen! I appeared on NBC's The Biggest Loser on Season 6. Currently I'm working towards my goals in health and fitness in addition to my long term life goals to be in the entertainment industry. :)

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Dropping the last 20 lbs.
  • Running my first road race in over 10 years.
  • Surrendering to ME and making my life everything I want it to be and MORE!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My early teen years until my early twenties. Right now I'm just working on the last 20 lbs and then it's just about maintence!

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled asparagus, grilled chicken, zucchini, salads and fresh veggies!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Peanut Butter Cups and delicious coffee drinks!!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I deserve to be happy and for me, being happy means being healthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Food Journaling
  • Finding something to do for myself each day whether it be take a long walk or do a yoga DVD!
  • Preplanning my meals for each day.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I love spin class, ALL cardio and anything that requires me to challenge myself.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing over 64 pounds while I was on the Biggest Loser.
  • Conquering my fear of heights and climbing a 45 foot pole on a ropes course in California.
  • Believing in myself.
