About Me:

I had a gastric bypass ( roux-y-en) in 1998 & lost 124LBS. But I had learn how to get around it & now I am gaining weight again. So why I am coming on this is because I need help into taking this Adipex-P once a day hoping for some results & advice into helping it to wrok right for me.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lose weight to get in my Levi Jeans by thanksgiving.
  • lose 40 LBS by Dec. 29 2010 To show my doctor on Dec. 29 2010 that the Adipex-p is working good.
  • By april 2011 I want to be at 144LBs. Losing a total of 64 lbs

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was a child at age 9 yrs old up to when I had gotten my gastric bypass (roux-y-en) & lost 124 lbs. Now I am not feeling good about my weight again because every since 2008 I seen my weight coming back & I have went from 2007 at 185LBs to 2010 at 208Lbs.

My favorite healthy food:

Apples & banannas if I can ever buy some sometimes. But I really dont have any because I have to think about cooking for my family & groccery is high mainly like buying healthy foods.

My guiltiest pleasure:

choc , Icecream, potatoe chips with dip, & Sodas.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am tired of being fat & I dont want to go back to the weight I was back in 1998 of 309 LBS. I was very disable at alot of things of daily living of walking & standing on my feet all day. I could not barely walk after standing all day for 8 hours & breathing was short. The Embarrasing part was I could not barely reach my behind to clean after a bowel movement ( my Butt).

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking
  • Listening to my stomach when it is full.
  • Stop eatting every hour like I have been doing ( grazing)

My favorite activity at the gym is:

None! Dont go to a gym cant afford it.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing124 LBs after the Gastric Bypass.
