The goals I'm working toward:

  • Loosing 25lbs., lost 23-25 already.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

ForEVER.

My favorite healthy food:

Love Veggies.
Fruits are ok.
Prefer Chicken & Fish
Not so much pork & beef but I eat it.
Seafood.
SUSHI!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Fried Chicken.. Anything fried.
Not so much of a sweet tooth.
But if it's there...well, hey.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be healthy for my children & husband. I want to be a good example.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Water, Tea.
  • Gym

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio
Stretching/Yoga
Toning with weights

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My life as of right now.
  • Loosing 30lbs
  • Loosinf 23 - 25lbs
