About Me:

I am a Christian with a wonderful Husband and family. I am not overweight yet but since taking a certain medication have begun to gain weight and am not happy with my current size. I see a trend of getting bigger and bigger. I just want to become healthier by eating right and losing a little weight and getting toned.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 14 pounds.
  • Exercising and eating healthy.
  • Giving up my soda addiction.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My guiltiest pleasure:

Soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to grow old with my husband and because it is what God would want me to do.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking a lot more water.
  • Riding my stationary bike.
  • Eating more smaller meals during the day.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

If I went to the gym it would probably be walking on a treadmill.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Turning my life around to live a much better one.
  • Earning my Bachelors degree.
  • Getting out of a deep dark 10 year depression.
