Been on a combination Flat Belly Diet (prevention) and Abs diet (Men's Health) for 103 days. Have lost 23lbs and starting to build lean muscle.

The goals I'm working toward:

I'm almost 40 and want to look like im almost 30!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • 5 meals a day with MUFAs
  • Working out 3 times a week for strength
