Yogurt, apples, milk (skim! and almond), oatmeal (love!), chocolate and pumpkins.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Diet soda, chocolates, brownies

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to look good and feel good.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Kicked off the diet soda habit
  • # Carry healthy snacks in my purse to avoid binging
  • No fried foods. EVER.
