I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to watch my kids grow up
i no longer want to be on so many medications
i want to grow old with my wife
i want my kids to know how to live a healthy life

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking soda and drink only water
  • Carry healthy snacks to avoid binging

My favorite activity at the gym is:

swimming

  • good golf game
