I am 5.1 i weight 193 and i am always trying to loose weight i stop and start now i am tired of the up and down i want to get it off and keep it off

The goals I'm working toward:

cakes ,cookies,candy I like to bake

  • walking
  • eating small amout of food
  • not eating fried foods

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio, tredmill
