About Me:

I am a Air Force wife and a new mom to a almost 3 month lil boy named Dakota. I have already got the baby weight off but have a lot to go and this couldnt be anymore perfect for me to give me the push I need!!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Kick the bad eating habits
  • Start a new lifestyle of being active and eating healthy
  • Loosing 50 more pounds

pizza, chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

With having a baby I want to be there for him and I dont want him to grow up with the habits I have. He has given me a reason to want to live a better and healthier life!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Having healthy snacks on hand
  • drinking a lot of water
  • going on a walk everyday and often walking to the gym
