About Me:

I'm 41 yrs old, 5'5" and as of 2-15-09 I weigh 150ish lbs. Looking to lose 20lbs and be close to 130lbs by this summer. If not sooner. I weighed 140ish lbs in this pic the summer of 2008.
I have 3 boys, Chris 23 yrs old and in the Navy, Joe 20 yrs old and in the Navy and Nik 17 yrs old and will go in the Navy after high school and I have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 18yrs.
We have a sailboat we plan on living on and traveling the oceans.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 20 lbs
  • Moving aboard our sailboat and living on the oceans.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Well since 1999 when I was in the best shape of my life. I was working out 5 days a week and weighed 125/130lbs.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chinese and Mexican food.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to travel the oceans for as long as possible with my hubby and be able to wear and look good in little to nothing in front of him and others. Nothing only in front of my hubby.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • If I had healthy habits I wouldn't be 150lbs.
  • No soda, I drink ice tea and hot green tea.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I don't go to the gym but have a stairclimber and I like to dance around, kick boxing type cardio, walking out doors.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Raising good and kind sons.
  • Having a woderful marriage.
  • Being a good person.
