About Me:

Started my weightloss journey on Valentines Day Feb. 14, 2011. I began the diet of Ideal Protein for the last 19 weeks. I am down 82lbs. and hoping to loose at least 85 more :) Which will put me back to my high school weight back in 1995!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Loosing 170 lbs
  • Being back to my high school weight
  • Loving myself again!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

giving birth to my first son in 1998.

My favorite healthy food:

shrimp, salmon, snap peas

My guiltiest pleasure:

brownies not quite cooked all the way

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be around for my kids for a long long time!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • no soda
  • drinking water
  • swimming

My favorite activity at the gym is:
