The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing an additional 35 lbs
  • Eating 5 servings of veggies every day
  • Allowing myself to "eat out" no more than one meal per week

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was a sophomore in high school and had nothing but time on my hands which allowed me to exercise several hours each day. There was also no major stress in my life and therefore I didn't have/make excuses for not taking care of myself.

My favorite healthy food:

Sautéed Veggies, whole grain oatmeal, fresh fruit

My guiltiest pleasure:


Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Giving up empty calories at and between meals and drinking water (w/ lime and/or lemon) instead
  • Having healthy snacks on me at all times: in my truck, purse, desk at work, etc.
  • Focusing on what I can do be by being healthy vs what i won't be able to do if I'm not

My favorite activity at the gym is:

StairMaster and elliptical machines!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing 100 lbs thus far
