The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 120 lbs
  • Getting healthier
  • Losing Blood Pressure meds

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Having babies.

My favorite healthy food:

All the new fruits I've tried since starting my weight loss journey

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice cream. Any kind, any flavor!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I'm tired of being on Blood pressure meds and I want to be healthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking
  • Drinking lots of water instead of the sugar loaded tea I used to drink
  • joining a gym and going to use it

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Seeing everyone's progress and them commenting on my own! And I just enjoy a good workout, it makes me feel better about myself!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing 32lbs!
  • My wonderful children of course
  • My grandchildren!
