20 years old, writer, babysitter, and the complete opposite of a weight loss success story!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Climbing to the top of the Empire State Building
  • Walking NYC from top to bottom
  • Running a mile without stopping
  • Getting down to 120 pounds
  • Being at a point where I'd be able to look at a Biggest Loser trainer during a Last Chance Workout and tell them to "bring it on."

Cake/cupcakes, apple pie, potato chips, french fries

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be healthier and sronger

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • No liquid calories just water and unsweetened tea (milk substitutes after working out)
  • Parking away from the door when shopping

My favorite activity at the gym is:
