About Me:

I am sixty five and still employed working as bookkeeper in our business. I have 12 grandchildren. We like to camp, fish, dance and are active in our church. We also try to travel some.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing weight -25 pounds
  • Maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle
  • Not snacking between meals
  • Starting a healthy exercise program

Cream based soups

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I like to feel healthy
I like to look nice in my clothes.
I like to feel like I am fit and able to be more active when I weigh less.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking when weather permits
  • Drink lots of water
  • Eat healthy snacks
  • Drink water before I decide to eat a snack.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio
Spin class
