About Me:

trying Weight Watcher's because of its success and I have a huge goal and need help. I quit smoking and gained 70 pounds.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Being able to breathe easier so I can walk more comfortably and play with and chase my 1 1/2 year old grandsons, whom I love.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

2002 when I quit smoking. I substituted food when I felt anxious.

My favorite healthy food:

salads

My guiltiest pleasure:


chocolate or a glass of wine

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be around to see my grandsons for many years and be able to play with them.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking in new areas
  • Cutting out my two glasses of wine
  • Riding my bicycle

My favorite activity at the gym is:

The upper body machines for abs, gluts, triceps and biceps

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My children, whom I raised as a single parent.
