Grilled veggies, especially asparagus!

Hummus and Ak-mak crackers

My guiltiest pleasure:

potato chips

I want to stay healthy and feel better both inside and out!!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Cutting out caffine and artifical sweeteners
  • Exercise
  • Hyration; water, water, water
