greek yogurt; hummus; grilled veggies; all fruit

My guiltiest pleasure:

soft serve ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I don't ever want to be dependent on medication

  • plan and make meals on the weekends
  • hired a personal trainer

My favorite activity at the gym is:

working out with my trainer

  • completing a 1/2 marathon
