About Me:

In October 2005, I was my heaviest weight ever at 250lbs. I decided to join Weight Watchers and over 18 months dropped 110lbs! I have never felt better and I have continued to keep the weight off because I learned how to make a complete lifestyle change. I am now a WW leader in my community trying to help others acheive the same goal that I did!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Continuing to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle
  • Losing 10 more lbs this year
  • Learning how to cope with stressful situations without wanting to eat and fall back into that bad habit

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

before I was able to get a grip and do something to change it!

My favorite healthy food:

Fruit and yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be around to see my grandson grow up!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Making time for exercise
  • Keeping myself busy and not get bored
  • Stopped eating fast food and drinking sodas

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Getting to my goal weight
  • Completing my nursing degree
