About Me:

I have been fat most of my life except for my late teens when I did laxatives and binge ate. I was always starving then. My health was bad even though I was small. I starting throwing up blood. I stopped dieting at that moment. I got scared. I just adcepted the fact I was fat. I have been using Jillian Micheals whey protein for one month now. I feel great. I have loads of energy and I have lost 13 pounds so far with no hunger at all. This whey protein is so amazing. I love it. I am going to continue this diet. Thank you Jillian. God bless you.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing down to 130 pounds and maintaining the lose healthyly and effortlessly

yogurt and oatmeal with Jillian's chocolate whey protein mixed in every morning

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel healthy and have a thin life. I want to like myself.

  • I drink 1 cup of coffee every morning then I only drink water. Exercise

My favorite activity at the gym is:
