About Me:

I am a 27 and I am a wife and a mom to 3 beautiful boys ages 5 and 15 months (twins). I have battled weight all my life from being bulimic to now being obese. I want to learn to eat healthy so that I can be at my healthiest weight possible!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 152.6 more pounds
  • Loosing enough weight to go sky diving!
  • Being able to fit into my hubby's jeans :)

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Never. Even when I was a size 12 I never felt comfortable in my own skin. I am learning to change that now. No matter what size I am (even though I know its healthier to be smaller than I am now) I love me!

My favorite healthy food:

Hummus and of course Wholly Guacamole!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Pizza....it's very hard for me to resist it, especially when paired with a Diet Coke.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want a healthier life for my family. I want to be able to do things with my kids that I can't do at my current weight. I don't want my weight to hold me back anymore.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped drinking soda and only drink water, juice or tea.
  • Learning to stop and think before I just shove something in my mouth.
  • Try to encorporate my kids into my exercise routine

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Having my 3 boys
  • Earning my Associates Degree
  • Completing my first 5K
