About Me:

My intention in Life is to be present. It seems like I have always felt the free flow of Spirit into and out of my Body and into and out of Source. My goal is to walk between Light and Darkness and resist neither but to live on the edge of possibility with an open heart. Having said all that, I believe it is important not to take myself overly seriously, but to have fun with it and play, forgive and open again, knowing that the outcome is certain.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Taking Qi Gong class
  • Losing another 50 pounds.
  • Skipping the out-of-season and prepared stuff.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

8 years old.

My favorite healthy food:

cucumbers!

My guiltiest pleasure:

gooey brownies

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

It's not for more years, it's for more quality. . .What good are years if you can't do anything?

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • carry healthy substitutions
  • water aerobics
  • laughter

My favorite activity at the gym is:

water aerobics

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Putting myself thru college.
