About Me:

I am a SAHM of 2 boys (ages 1 and 5) I am in the process of losing 50lbs as well as running my 1st 5k since taking a 10 yr break.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 50lbs
  • running 3 5ks by the end of the year
  • Eating healthier

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I became a mom

My favorite healthy food:

Apples and, grilled vegetables

My guiltiest pleasure:

Mac and cheese and, gummi candies.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be fit and have a career in fitness/health.
I want to wear skinny jeans!!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped drinking soda only drink water.
  • run as a form to relieve stress
  • try to get active at least once through the day.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Running
Kettlebells

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My Children
  • Running 3 miles
