About Me:

I lost 26.6 ounces and 16 inches in 2008... looking forward to 2009.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • 20% of body weight lost in 2009
  • Walk/jog a 5K in October 2009
  • Creating ROUTINE in my life...

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

A young child.

My favorite healthy food:

fish, salmon especially

My guiltiest pleasure:

chips with french onion dip
Mexican Food - YUM

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live life to the fullest. To be alive in each moment.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • More water
  • Smaller portions
  • More movement

My favorite activity at the gym is:

elliptical at my aunt's house actually, do not go to gym

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • going back to college
  • believing in myself
  • my kids???
