About Me:

Mother of 2 girls ages 15 and 11. Enjoy my job and the people I work with. As my children get older I have begun to realize that I have for way to long saw myself only as mommy and now I don't remember who I am as an individual. Well This year that changes!!! I am a God loving woman who is going to get herself back on track with Gods blessings!!!!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing at least 35lbs
  • feel better about myself

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

8/08 I've been going through some changes in my life made me seek comfort in food.

My favorite healthy food:

clementines and pineapple chunks.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Lindt chocolates. They just melt in your mouth. Yummy!!!!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

This is something I am Doing for me, I know I am beautiful and I want my outer-self to reflect that.
I weight more now than I did when I gave birth to my oldest child.
Oldest daughter sweet sixteen is in july and I want to look hot!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Finding words of affirmation by Dr. Wayne Dyer ( BOOK-Excuses begone!)
  • always carry fresh fruit.
  • Having faith and not losing focus on the Lord.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

The elliptical machine. Love Kick-boxing as well.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My children
  • Continuing to push through lives difficult moments.
  • Alwasy knowing that no matter how hard things get God will not give me more then I can shoulder.
