About Me:

I'm 35 years old and ready to loss all this weight. Just married as June 11 of 2011. Work for an insurance company full-time and part-time at a college in the library.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Loss 205 pounds before I am 38 years old.
  • Become more active.
  • Able to run a 5k.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

becoming a teen (1989ish)

My favorite healthy food:

fruit salad with just fruit

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate cake with white iceing

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to wear cutier clothes than what I can wear now.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drink more than 8 - 8oz of water.
  • Get at least 6 hours of sleep.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Water classes
