About Me:

lifelong struggle with weight-got tired of it finally after yrs of fad diets and yo-yoing-joined Weight Watchers and am a rabid fan of Biggest Loser-ive lost 106 lbs so far and have about 50 to go-i will get there..:D

The goals I'm working toward:

  • getting under 200 lbs
  • getting more exercise in
  • toning and firming up

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

puberty hit

My favorite healthy food:

asparagus,broccoli,salmon,hummus and greek yogurt!!

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate and mexican pastries..

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

tired of being the one with the pretty face and thats it

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • walk my sons to school
