About Me:

I'm a mother of 3 who is tired of being extremely overweight and finally wants to shed a couple of those few extra pounds that I have been dealing with for so long with or without my husbands addition!!!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 5 pounds this month
  • Losing 100 pounds within the next 2 years
  • Fitting into a size 14 Pant again

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I feel comfortable with my weight and I carry it very well for being almost 300 pounds but I need to be healthy for my children and for myself!!!

My favorite healthy food:

Yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

Soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be interactive with my children at all times and be able to run around with them plus it would make my relationship with my husband even better than it is now!!!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eat less all at one time...More spaced out meals
  • Drink lots of water...MMM I love water
  • Walking my dogs

My favorite activity at the gym is:
