About Me:

i have an eight month old baby and im having trouble losing my weight. when i get stressed out i seem to get way more then i should . and i have been so stressed out for the last couple days ifound outmy son had leukemia.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • to get back to my weight that i was before i was pregnant
  • loose four pounds a week
  • learn to excirse right

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since after i had my son

My favorite healthy food:

my favorite healthy food would have to be grilled vegetables.

My guiltiest pleasure:

My guiltiest pleasure would be candy, pop, cheese and cackers .

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to be part of my sons life i dont want to be depressed and just be lazy (sad) my wholelife.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • when i have nothing to do , i wont eat
  • try to stay away from candy and pop
  • not eat fast foods

My favorite activity at the gym is:

sit ups and spin class

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my loving son !!!
