About Me:

I have been over weight sense having kids. I miss my skinny days but do not wish to be as skinny as I was before. I have been working on my weight sense January of 08 and will continue working on it for the rest of my life. Even after I make my goal

The goals I'm working toward:

  • To Loss 50 more pounds
  • To be able to run and hike without being winded

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

The birth of my kids

My favorite healthy food:

Apples, Peanut Butter, All fruit, Nuts

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate and Coffee

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am tired of being sore all the time and want to be about to move around and not be left out because I hurt.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Pre planning meals and snacks
  • Packing my meals for work
  • working out 4 times a week

My favorite activity at the gym is:


The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • I lost 50 lbs in a year. Which is my half way to goal.
