I know the freeing feeling of being fit, healthy, and at my goal, and I want to get back there.

  • Track all my food and fitness
  • Drink at least ten (8 oz.) glasses of water daily
  • Journal about the process

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Spin class

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Raising three children and launching them into responsible adulthood
  • Losing 100 pounds
  • Ran a marathon in October, 2010
