  • training for cycling portion of mini-triathlon
  • cooking more/dining out less

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

most recently, since fall - it's been an up & down, life-long struggle

My guiltiest pleasure:

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel lighter, fit in nice clothes and be disease-free

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • regularly-scheduled workouts
  • time to prepare healthy meals/snacks

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Zumba classes (latin-inspired aerobics classes0

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Teaching zumba and spin classes
  • Knowing I've lost 30 pounds before
