About Me:

Hi my name is janette my current weight is 198lbs:\ I'm 32 weeks pregnant, I was 178lbs before I was was pregnant. Hoping to lose about 30 to 50 lbs after my pregnancy. Question: would it be a good idea to start the 17 day diet while being pregnant or should I wait?

The goals I'm working toward:

fruit

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am now going to be a mom I want to have a lot of energy, feel good about myself and be healthy so that I can be around for a long time.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stoped
  • stopped drinking soda

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • graduating college
