a peanut butter cookie or a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want my kids to know how to life a healthy life

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Cut out sodas completely - even diet ones
  • load up on veggies
  • invent new ways to cook veggies

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio

  • My children
